About Ms. Fritz

My name is Candi Fritz, and I am your Houchin Elementary Librarian!  Being a librarian is the BEST job in the world!  I have been working for Moore Public Schools for 23 years.  I spent the first 15 years teaching 6th grade ELA here at Houchin and four years at Heritage Trails.  When I was lucky enough to finish my Masters, I was able to return to Houchin.  This is my 8th year in the library.  I went to college at Oklahoma University on a Track and Field Scholarship where I threw the shotput and discus, and I also was a weightlifter.  My first teaching job was as an assistant to Title 1 at Lincoln Elementary in Norman close to the OU campus. 

Mrs. Gramling is our librarian assistant and we are so lucky to have her here with us in the mornings! She is such an awesome helper!
