Location

Houchin Elementary is located between Shields Blvd. and Santa Fe Street in Moore, Oklahoma.  The School was built in 1972 on land donated by Oscar B. and Sadie Houchin. Mr. Houchin was a farmer, milkman, and at one time a member of the Moore School Board.  Houchin serves approximately 600 students in Pre-K through sixth grade.
